What Happens After You Contact Brand New Day?
One of the things that stops people from reaching out is not knowing what happens next. Will there be a
long sales process? Will they be locked into something before they've heard anything? Will they have to
provide a detailed brief before anyone will talk to them?
None of that. Here's exactly what the process looks like from first contact to finished ad.
Step 1 — The Conversation
It starts with a chat. No forms, no formalities. Just a conversation about your business, your campaign,
and what you're trying to achieve.
We'll ask a few simple questions: Who are you talking to? What do you want them to do? What's the
one thing you most want them to know? What tone suits your brand?
You don't need to have polished answers. Most people come to this conversation with a rough idea and
we help shape it into something workable. That's part of what we do.
Step 2 — The Creative Direction
Once we understand your brief, we develop the creative approach. This includes a script — or two
options to choose from if you're on our Creative Package — along with our recommended voice
direction and music approach.
You review everything before anything is produced. If the script needs adjustment, we work through that
together. Nothing moves forward until you're happy with the direction.
Step 3 — Production
Once the script is approved, production moves quickly. The voiceover is generated, the music bed is
selected and mixed, sound levels are balanced, and the ad is mastered to broadcast standard.
For most projects, this happens within 48 hours of script approval.
Step 4 — Review and Revisions
You hear the finished ad and provide feedback. Depending on your package, you have one or two
rounds of revisions — adjustments to pacing, music, emphasis, or anything that isn't quite right.
This is where the guarantee matters: if after all included revisions you're still not happy, you won't be
invoiced. No payment required.
Step 5 — Delivery
Once you're satisfied, we deliver broadcastready files in the format required by your radio station,
Spotify, or whatever platform your ad is running on. If a station has specific technical requirements, we
meet them at no extra charge.
That's it. From first conversation to finished ad, the whole process is straightforward, collaborative, and
designed to be as easy as possible on your end.
How Long Does It Take?
From the moment we have an approved script, production takes around 48 hours. The overall timeline
from first contact to finished ad depends largely on how quickly the script is approved — most
campaigns are wrapped up within a week.
If you have a deadline, tell us upfront and we'll work around it.
